MY STORY
It was the summer of 1995 when I met my wife, Rubie. She brought something beyond incredible out of me that I never even knew existed. After falling in love, the melodies flowing through my mind evolved into diverse, passionate, spiritual, inspirational, and family-oriented poetry expressions. I would have never thought that what I started over 25 years ago would grow into something so beautiful. Every poem has its journey. The lion, tiger, and jaguar were once quiet, and now they have been awakened. Welcome aboard the voyage through my mind! This is fierce poetry in motion.
Get to Know Me
Author Tyrone Frazier was born to parents, Theresa Armstrong and Jimmy Frazier gave in Chicago, Illinois on November 1, 1976. He received most of his early childhood education in Jackson, MS, until 1991, in which his family moved to Clinton, MS where he carried out the rest of his high school career. In May of 1995, Mr. Frazier graduated from Clinton High School with goals of furthering his education at Southern Mississippi University. Despite my dreams of pursuing a football career, a medical injury to his right ankle derailed his future aspirations. Therefore, after graduating high school, he attended Hinds Community College and Mississippi State University majoring in electronic engineering. During this time, Tyrone Frazier married the love of his life, Rubie Givemore. After years of courtship, they were joined in holy matrimony on August 4, 2001. Together they share three amazing children Joanna, Tyshyia, and Tyrone Jr.
